Should I get this game for PC or Console?

2017 update: I stopped following this flowchart a long time ago, I kinda go with whatever or both platforms now. I still think the flowchart seems pretty good though. I would add "Do you want to play this game with friends?" to it though.

I personally prefer console gaming for the most part, but sometimes I like games on PC. How do I decide?

While considering pre-ordering LEGO Star Wars The Force Awakens, for PS4, I decided to look up what the framerate of the previous LEGO games had been. I was assuming they were 60 FPS on PS4/Xbox One, but to my surprise, they weren't. So I've decided to get that game on PC instead.

Earlier today I ordered Street Fighter V for PS4. How did I decide on getting that for PS4?

I started imagining a flowchart (while in the bathroom I might add) of what my thought process was, and this is what I came up with:

Flowchart for deciding whether to get a game on PC or console

UPDATE: Modding decision was added to the flowchart after I wrote these examples below, but it doesn't really matter in my case as I pretty much never have any interest in modding any game. For Fallout 4, that was a contributing factor though.

I tried doing some tests of it, with some games I have bought:

Fallout 4:

I have it on: PC

Metal Gear Solid V:

I have it on: PS4

Dishonored: Definitive Edition:

I have it on: PS4

I have it on: PS4 (among others)

I have it on: PC (and PS3, and had it on Xbox One)

Street Fighter V:

I got it on: PS4

That's just a few of them. Another example would be Firewatch, which would probably be on PS4 as it is currently cheaper on PSN than on Steam.

I tried coming up with some game where I didn't follow this flowchart, but I couldn't come up with any. I'll try to update if I remember one.

Keep in mind that this is my thought process. If you just check if the game is a console exclusive or not and make your choice from only that, that's fine.
